"If could give 0 stars, I would. I have had the most horrible experience with this insurance agency. To sum it all up, I requested a quote to add a vehicle to my policy, back in September. Per State Farm policy, I would receive a call from my agent with this information. I requested the quote on a Friday and anticipated hearing back from them within the next week. They NEVER called, so I didn't worry about. Fast forward to October when I login to the app to make a payment, my vehicle which I was still driving had been dropped and they added the vehicle that I requested the quote on. I called them and they apologized stating that they would rectify the situation. Great! Time passes and the information is corrected in their system. Then in December I receive a notice of Cancellation from the DMV stating that my insurance company notified them that my insurance had lapsed. I was out of the country so didn't receive the notice until January! Not only had my insurance been reported as lapsed, at this point, my license had been flagged. I called SF and spoke with Ginger who said she work work to have this issue resolved, and that it would take some. During this time I would still login to the app to make any payments. I paid a bill of about $9 in January, then $49 dollars in February. Today I received a bill of $693 for Jan, Feb and March to be paid on March 12. I called the office and spoke with Katie, who then told me she would call back after speaking with the office manager (Ginger). I was informed of how the billing cycle works, there were some credits made to my account, etc. Which still doesn't make sense. Katie gave me payment options and was very helpful. The last update I received about my license was on Feb 6, that the flag was cleared on SF end but I now had to wait on the DMV. Today is 2/21 and there has been no additional updates. Katie advised that it takes 19 days to generate the bill. Why the bill was not generated correctly for Jan and Feb is beyond my understanding. 2 bills in February is great, compared to 3 bills for March. The accountability on this office has been horrible. No genuine care, and absolutely no compassion. I will be taking my business elsewhere! Katie was amazing!"
